For the past 17 years, the City has capitalized on its highly successful, unique, year-round partnership with Space Center Houston (SCH). In January, the pair executed an agreement for the annual tourism marketing program for 2017.
In 2016, SCH set an annual record, welcoming more than 1 million visitors to the center. The more people that visit the Smithsonian Affiliate, the more people that shop, dine, and play at Webster businesses.
The marketing and tourism program includes services, such as title sponsorship of the spring exhibit, special advertising campaign during spring break, distinctive hotel online referral services on the SCH website, and many other year-round initiatives.
